"My goal is to make the best tasting, highest quality chocolate using fair trade, minimally processed ingredients....There are no additional additives or preservatives used to make my chocolate....The cocoa beans are sourced from various Central and South American countries. Each bag of beans has a distinct flavor and aroma giving each batch of chocolate its own unique taste. My chocolate is not mass produced. It is handcrafted in small batches, allowing a full range of flavors to develop in each and every batch of chocolate.”
