“We grow our cacao only on the Principe island and we cultivate exclusively the Forastero Amelonado, descendant of the first plants that came to Principe around 1817 from the Baia region in Brazil. The cultivation of the bean and the production of the chocolate always go hand in hand whereby we aim for the highest possible quality.”
Some specialties: raw cacao nibs, roasted beans, 100% cacao mass, 70% chocolate with pepper and 'fleur de sel', 70% chocolate with Liberica coffee, crystallized ginger spheres covered with 100% cacao mass.
